Do I have to track calories?
Nope. A calorie deficit is the key to weight loss but you won't be tracking a thing. Georgia designs every meal option on your menu so that whatever combination you pick hits your target. She does the nutrition maths behind the scenes. You just pick, cook and eat.
Is this a meal plan?
It's a flexible menu system. You choose what you eat from a range of dietitian-built options for each meal slot. The hard part (calorie calculations, nutritional balance, portion sizing) is done for you. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure for food.
