Who this is for

You've tried everything. You're still here.

Keto. Calorie counting. IIFYM. Weight Watchers. Light & Easy. You've lost weight and gained it back more times than you can count. You restrict all week and blow out on weekends. You start over on Monday. Again.

What's been missing is someone to teach you how to eat, and how to maintain it.

How many more cycles before you try something different?

This is for you if

  • You're tired of starting over and want something you can actually keep up
  • You'd rather learn how to eat than follow another rigid plan
  • You're happy to do a short weekly check in with your dietitian
  • You want real one-to-one guidance, not an app or a generic template

This isn't for you if

  • You're after a quick fix or a crash diet
  • You don't want any structure or weekly contact
  • You're not ready to commit to the full 12 weeks
  • You want a meal plan handed over with no involvement from you
The 5:1 Method

Built around the part most programs skip.

Most programs focus on the weeks you're on them. Few teach you what to do when they end. The 5:1 Method builds maintenance practice into the program itself, so you learn how to hold your progress steady before you even finish. The approach draws on the evidence that planned diet breaks can make a structured eating phase easier to stick to.

Weeks 1-5Structured eating
Week 6Diet break
Weeks 7-11Structured eating
Week 12Diet break

Structured eating

Georgia builds your personalised meal menu. Pick what you feel like for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Every combination is built around your targets. No counting. No tracking.

Diet break week

Georgia adjusts your menu to maintenance. You practise eating at your new normal with her guidance. This is the part most programs skip.

There's no calorie counting and no macro tracking. Georgia handles the nutrition maths behind the scenes. The complexity is there. You just don't carry it.

Why this is different

By the end

What you walk away with.

The point isn't just the 12 weeks. It's what you can do on your own afterwards.

How to eat, without tracking

You'll understand how to put meals together that work for you, without counting or logging a thing.

Calm around food

Eating out, weekends and social situations stop feeling like something you have to recover from.

How to hold your progress

You'll have practised maintenance twice, so the end of the program isn't the start of another rebound.

Your dietitian

Meet Georgia.

Georgia Cottis, Accredited Practising Dietitian

Georgia Cottis · Accredited Practising Dietitian, BSc, Master of Nutrition and Dietetics

University-qualified and registered with Dietitians Australia. Georgia has spent years working with women who've been through every diet going and come out the other side frustrated, confused and no closer to where they wanted to be.

She built Eat for Good because she kept seeing the same pattern: women who knew what to eat but had never been taught how to maintain it. The program is built around fixing that.

Common questions

You're probably wondering...

No, you won't track a thing. Georgia designs every meal option on your menu so that whatever combination you pick fits your targets. She does the nutrition maths behind the scenes. You just pick, cook and eat.
A rebated visit is usually a one-off consult for a specific issue. Eat for Good is a structured 12 week program with a personalised menu, weekly check ins and direct access to Georgia the whole way through. It's a different thing, and it's self-funded. If a one-off rebated consult is what you're after, Diet IQ offers that separately.
It's a flexible menu system. You choose what you eat from a range of dietitian-built options for each meal slot. The hard part (calorie calculations, nutritional balance, portion sizing) is done for you. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure for food.
Two words: maintenance practice. The 5:1 Method builds supervised diet breaks into the program at weeks 6 and 12. You practise eating at maintenance with Georgia's guidance before the program ends. Few programs teach you to maintain before you finish.
Georgia reviews your full history at your onboarding call and builds your menu around it. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, FODMAP, it's built around you, not a template. If something needs medical management she'll let you know and can work alongside your GP.
You're not logging meals, counting macros or watching hours of content. You pick from the menu, cook and eat. The weekly check in takes a few minutes. Georgia does the heavy lifting. It usually takes less time than whatever you were doing before.
Nothing automatic. You keep the skills you've built. If you want to stay connected there's an optional month-to-month membership, but there's no obligation to continue.
