These terms apply to the Eat for Good program and membership, delivered by Diet IQ, a partnership between J.G Bushell and G.E Cottis (ABN 52 969 789 326). By applying for or joining Eat for Good, you agree to these terms.
Eat for Good is a dietitian-led 12 week nutrition program built around the 5:1 Method. It includes a one to one onboarding call, a personalised meal menu, weekly check ins reviewed by Georgia Cottis (Accredited Practising Dietitian), direct messaging access Monday to Friday, the Recipe Vault, the Menu Scanner and the private community. The program is delivered online through the Eat for Good app.
Places are limited per intake. Joining starts with an application. We review each application to confirm the program is a suitable fit, and we will let you know the outcome. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, and payment is only requested once your application is accepted.
The program is $125 per week for 12 weeks, a total of $1,500. By joining on the weekly option you authorise Diet IQ to debit $125 from your nominated account each week for 12 consecutive weeks, processed through our payment provider. Joining is a commitment to the full 12 week program. Cancelling your participation does not remove the obligation to complete all 12 weekly payments, except where Diet IQ agrees to pause or adjust payments in cases of genuine hardship or medical need, at its discretion.
Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the consumer guarantees. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us at hello@dietiq.com.au and we will work with you in good faith.
Eat for Good is a self-funded nutrition education and support program. It is separate from any Medicare-rebated service and is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical condition, Georgia will review your history at your onboarding call and may recommend you involve your GP. The Menu Scanner and Recipe Rescue tools provide AI-generated suggestions for general guidance and do not replace personalised dietetic advice.
The Eat for Good membership is a separate, optional product at $99 per month. It is automated and is not tailored to specific medical conditions, so we ask you to complete a short screening before joining to make sure it is appropriate for you. The membership is month to month and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future monthly payments and does not refund payments already made.
You agree to give accurate information in your application and screening, to keep your login and program materials for your own use, and to tell us if your health circumstances change in a way that may affect your participation.
Your access to the program runs for the 12 week term. Program materials, menus, recipes and content are provided for your personal use and remain the property of Diet IQ or the original rights holders. They may not be copied, shared or resold.
We handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
